Who is
Abu Ali Sina?

Ibn Sina, also known as Abu Ali Sina, and often known in the west as “Avicenna” was a Persian polymath who is regarded as one of the most famous and influential Iranian philosophers and scientists. He is one of the most prominent physicians, astronomers, thinkers and writers of the Islamic Golden Age and is also known as the father of modern medicine. His most famous books are 'The Book of Healing', the Philosophical and Scientific Encyclopedia and 'The Canon of Medicine', also called the Medical Encyclopedia. This book has been taught in European scientific centers for nearly seven hundred years and is the second published book in Europe after the Bible.
